Returns & Exchanges

We want you to keep what you bought, and to feel good about it. If something doesn’t fit or arrives damaged, here’s how we handle it.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange on full-price items. Sale items have a 3-day return window. After the window closes, we can’t process it.

Condition

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In its original packaging, including the hangtag and any inserts

Items that come back smelling of perfume, smoke, or laundry detergent will be sent back to you without a refund.

How to start a return

Message us before sending anything back:

Tell us your order number, the item, and whether you want a refund or exchange. We’ll reply within one business day with the next steps.

Refunds

If you paid by card or Apple Pay through Paymob: your refund goes back to the original card within 3 to 7 business days of us receiving the item and confirming its condition.

If you paid cash on delivery: refund is processed by bank transfer within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. We’ll need your IBAN to process it.

Direct exchanges are also available. We apply the value of the returned piece to a new one.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same condition rules. Any price difference is settled at the time of exchange. Shipping for the new item is on us if the return was due to a sizing issue we caused. For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer covers shipping for the replacement.

Return shipping

For returns and change-of-mind exchanges, you cover return shipping. The simplest way is a Bosta pickup, which we can arrange. The cost is deducted from your refund.

If we made the mistake (wrong item sent, wrong size, damaged on arrival), we cover everything.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it at no cost to you, including shipping both ways.

Sale items

Sale items have a 3-day return window from delivery, instead of 14. The shorter window is shown on the product page and at checkout. All other return conditions still apply.

What else can’t be returned

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Anything outside the 14-day window or not in original condition

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. Just message us. Once an order is on its way with Bosta, you’ll need to refuse the delivery or follow the return process after it arrives.

If you paid by card and cancel before dispatch, the refund goes back to your card within 3 to 7 business days.
