What we collect

When you visit our site: pages viewed, device, browser, approximate location, and how you arrived. Collected via cookies and Shopify, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.

When you place an order: name, phone number, delivery address, email, items bought, payment method. If you pay by card, your card details go directly to Paymob. We never see or store them.

When you sign up for the email list: your email and the date you subscribed.

When you contact us: whatever you send — usually name, email or WhatsApp number, and the message itself.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, contact you about it, and resolve issues.

To send you marketing emails about new drops and restocks. Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

To improve the site, the products, and how we run the brand. We look at aggregate data on what people view, where they drop off, and what sells.

To show you relevant ads on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Pixels track which products you’ve viewed so the ads you see from us are about things you actually like.

Who we share it with

The minimum necessary information goes to the platforms that help us run the brand:

Shopify — our storefront, order management, and email tool.
Bosta — our delivery partner. They get your name, phone, and address to bring your order to you.
Paymob — our card payment processor. They handle card details directly; we receive only confirmation that the payment went through.
Meta and TikTok — for analytics and advertising. They receive anonymised event data so we can run ads.

We do not sell your data.
