We currently ship anywhere in Egypt. International shipping isn’t live yet. When it is, you’ll hear it from us first.

Where your order ships from

Cairo.

Carrier

We ship with Bosta. You’ll get an order confirmation from us on WhatsApp, then a tracking link from Bosta on WhatsApp once your order is on its way.

Processing time

We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday move on Sunday. During drops and restocks this can stretch to 3 business days. We’ll tell you if it does.

Delivery time

  • Cairo, Giza, and 6 October: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch
  • Alexandria and the North Coast (in season): 2 to 3 business days
  • Other governorates: 3 to 5 business days

These are Bosta’s working ranges. Most orders arrive at the faster end.

Shipping fees

  • Cairo and Giza: 100 EGP
  • Anywhere else in Egypt: 120 EGP
  • Free shipping on orders over 2,500 EGP

Payment options

  • Cash on delivery — paid to the courier when your order arrives.
  • Credit or debit card via Paymob — with a 5% discount applied automatically at checkout.
  • Apple Pay via Paymob — same 5% discount.

Card and Apple Pay payments are processed securely by Paymob. We never see your card details.

Failed deliveries

Bosta will attempt delivery up to three times.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link from Bosta on WhatsApp once your order is on its way. If you haven’t heard from them within three business days of ordering, message us and we’ll check it for you.
